Our Audi Service Coordinators are available during our business hours to take your call! In addition to finding a visit time that fits best with your schedule, they can answer many initial questions and access your past vehicle history with us. To schedule, please call: (323) 628-4850.
Or you can use our simple online tool - accessible from your computer or mobile device - to choose from an appointment on the day and time of your choice. You can also include notes for our Audi service team such as the reason for your visit and any concerns you would like us to address when you arrive.
While we will always do our best to accommodate our guests who are unable to schedule their visit ahead of time, we do recommend you do so whenever possible. When you pull into our Service Drive, you will be greeted by one of our friendly Fletcher Jones staff members who will direct you and your Audi. You will then be introduced to one of our Audi Service Advisers who will address the reason for your visit and listen to any concerns you may have.
Your adviser will also work with you to establish the next steps - including giving an estimated time of completion (if available), planning for any status updates and ensuring we have your best method of contact.
We are proud to offer Executive Service as an option for our guests who want the convenience offered by some "quick lube" shops, with the reassurance that can only be granted by Audi Certified technicians using Audi Certified parts and tools. You'll also be pleased to find our pricing competitive and below that of other area shops- we guarantee it.

Fletcher Jones Audi appreciates that you have places to be, so if the time required to complete your vehicle's service does not allow you the opportunity to enjoy our onsite amenities or the shopping and dining offered by Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood, we offer:
Complimentary Shuttle Service: We have expanded our hours and area of service! Our shuttle service is available to drop you off while your vehicle is being serviced, or if you are returning to the dealership to pick up your completed vehicle. If scheduling return pick up, please call, text or email our Shuttle Coordinator at least 30-45 minutes prior to desired pick up time.
Loaner Vehicles: For select services, we offer a Audi loaner vehicle for your use while we have your vehicle. If loaner vehicle is requested, please mention at time of scheduling your appointment so we can confirm availability.
