Setting Up Audi connect®

Visit Fletcher Jones Audi, and one of our Audi Brand Specialists will activate Audi connect® at our Audi dealership in Chicago. If you need to perform your set-up at home, you can follow the directions below: 

1. Create your myAudi connect® account on the Audi website; this is required to activate this Audi technology. To do this, you'll need your vehicle's VIN number for verification.
2. In order to keep you protected, some of the Audi technology features need additional verification before they can be used. To perform this verification, you'll need to set up the "Key User" of the vehicle. To get your Key User Agreement ID, you'll need to follow a 5-step verification process.
3. If you want to access security-sensitive remote features, dealership authentication is required. Reach out to our Audi dealership in Chicago for assistance. 
4. The last step is that you'll need to input your account information into your vehicle's MMI® display. A prompt will appear for you to enter a code; this code should be attached to the key you got at the time of purchase.
